Issue 119 – IE7 Allows multi-select of Participants and then drag-drop gets lost

Description

When users create a Vellocall, the IE browser screen allows them to select multiple participants and drag their names to the Finalize pane, but nothing happens. (This only applies to Internet Explorer 7 users, not to Firefox or Safari users.)

Status

We are working on this issue; meanwhile, click “Refresh” to clear it from your screen, and click-drag each contact name individually.

 

Issue 144 – BlackBerry default settings may disallow Internet access

Description

Vello login may fail on a BlackBerry, possibly because the BlackBerry’s Internet access has been disabled on default settings. The solution may require the user to change the default settings, or to use a corporate BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or to upgrade the BlackBerry unit's operating software to version 3.8 or later.
