With Vello, customers select the members of their conference, push "Send" or "Call Now" and our server calls everyone at the same time. Participants answer their phone and push "1" — now everyone is talking. An instant conference. Or customers can schedule the conference through our simple web interface. Vello is Smart

If a Vello Call is not immediately answered, we will leave you a voicemail reminder with our single easy-to-remember dial-in 888 MYVELLO for callers from the U.S. and Canada; we'll also leave the 408-516-4768 number for callers from other countries. When you dial in from the same phone number we called you on, the Vello server will recognize the number you are calling from, and will automatically route you directly into the right conference. EXCEPTION: if you are calling from an office extension, the server cannot identify the extension number; to enter the call, you will need the Participant Code or host Code, which is in the email sent to you notifying you of the call.

Vello automatically notifies your participants, with an email calendar invite about a future scheduled Vello Call. If you edit the call (to change the time and date, for example), Vello also lets them know.

Have a regular group you call? Enter the participants once and save them as a group. Next time, just select the group and you are ready to go.

Vello is High Quality

Vello provides only toll-quality audio over the regular public telephone network, connecting directly to your any telephone number (landline, mobile, or VOIP) worldwide. Vello also calls directly through PBX extensions.
